ALFA Cloud provides digital subscription-based cloud services, not physical products. Therefore:
1. Delivery
- Access to the platform is granted instantly after successful payment and account activation.
- Login information is delivered by email.
2. Refund Policy
Because ALFA Cloud is a digital and instantly accessible service, refunds are only possible under the following conditions:
- The service was not accessible due to a technical issue caused by ALFA Cloud.
- A written cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of purchase.
- No significant usage has occurred on the account.
Refunds are processed via iyzico within 3–5 business days.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription anytime.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous payments unless conditions above are met.

ALFA Cloud, dijital abonelik tabanlı bir hizmet sunduğundan fiziksel ürün gönderimi bulunmamaktadır.
1. Teslimat
- Ödeme onaylandıktan sonra platform erişimi anında sağlanır.
- Giriş bilgileri e-posta yoluyla iletilir.
2. İade Politikası
ALFA Cloud dijital bir hizmet olduğundan iade işlemleri yalnızca aşağı durumlarda mümkündür:
- Hizmete ALFA kaynaklı bir teknik hata nedeniyle erişilememişse
- Satın almadan itibaren 3 gün içinde yazılı iptal talebi gönderilmişse
- Hesap üzerinde kayda değer bir kullanım yapılmamışsa
İadeler iyzico aracılığıyla 3–5 iş günü içinde işlenir.
3. Aboneliğin İptali
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
İptal bir sonraki dönemde yenilemeyi durdurur; önceki ödemeler yalnızca yukarıdaki şartlar sağlanıyorsa iade edilir.
